🐾 Our Adoption Promise

At AAA CLASS ACT – Shades of Sapphire Ragdolls, our adoption promise is built on ethics, transparency, and lifelong support.
Every kitten we raise is cherished as part of our family before becoming part of yours, and we are committed to ensuring each adoption is thoughtful, informed, and rooted in trust.

What Our Adoption Promise Means

Choosing a breeder should feel reassuring — not confusing or rushed.
Our promise to you is simple:

  • Ethical, responsible Ragdoll breeding

  • Exceptional health standards and veterinary care

  • Honest communication at every step

  • Ongoing support long after Gotcha Day

When you adopt from us, you’re not just receiving a kitten — you’re joining a relationship built on care and accountability.

Ethical & Responsible Breeding

The health and well-being of our cats always come first.

  • Our Queens have carefully limited litters throughout their lifetime

  • Breeding decisions are made thoughtfully, with veterinary guidance

  • Queens are given ample time to rest, recover, and regain optimal condition between litters

  • Every cat in our program is raised as a cherished family member, not just a breeding cat

Our goal is to raise emotionally confident, well-socialized kittens while protecting the long-term health of every cat in our care.

Health & Veterinary Standards

Every kitten adopted from AAA CLASS ACT – Shades of Sapphire Ragdolls receives:

  • Multiple veterinary examinations with records provided

  • Age-appropriate vaccinations

  • Spay or neuter completed before going home

  • Microchip for permanent identification

  • Parents DNA tested for HCM & PKD

  • Parents tested negative for FeLV/FIV

We also utilize littermate testing for parasites and viruses when appropriate, reducing stress while ensuring the health of the entire group.

Health Guarantee

Your peace of mind matters.

  • 72-hour initial health guarantee (veterinary exam required)

  • 3-year genetic health guarantee covering serious hereditary conditions, including HCM, PKD, and FIP

  • In the rare event of loss, a licensed veterinary necropsy is required to determine cause

All guarantees are clearly outlined in our written contract.

Go-Home Timeline

Kittens are ready to go home around 14–16 weeks of age, once they have:

  • Fully recovered from spay/neuter surgery

  • Completed all age-appropriate veterinary care

  • Reached appropriate emotional and physical maturity

This extra time supports healthier transitions and stronger lifelong outcomes.
